All Sales Are Final
- No Refunds or Returns: All sales are considered final once the product has been shipped. We do not offer refunds or returns on opened, used, or partially used products under any circumstances.
Damaged Items
- If you receive a product that is damaged (e.g., broken glass vial), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or partially used products are non-refundable.
- Products not purchased directly from PeptiVigor.com cannot be returned or refunded.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, all sales are final.
